In keeping with this policy, Employnet, Inc. requires its non-supervisorial employees to take a 1-hour training in the prevention of sexual harassment and abusive conduct in the workplace. Employnet, Inc. requires its supervisorial employees to take a 2-hour training in the prevention of sexual harassment and abusive conduct in the workplace. Employees must receive this training every two years. The training provided by Employnet, Inc. complies with all applicable legal requirements. Employees are compensated for the time spent receiving the training. Once an employee has received the training, a certificate of training will be placed in the employee’s personnel file.
