We're Hiring an Administrative Sales Coordinator

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reach out to temps to collect missing timecards
  • Process payroll on weekly (Online and VMS accounts)
  • Manage sexual harassment compliance for California employees
  • Bill background checks for all clients
  • Ensure assignments are closed after final employee pay
  • Track No-Bills on a weekly basis
  • Ensure all temporary associates are 100% compliant in HR Center
  • Provide weekly updates to recruiters regarding compliance
  • Complete I-9 and E-verify for hired temporary associates
  • Respond to employee inquiries
  • Projects and tasks in support of Corporate and Recruiting Center
  • Maintain integrity of CRM by documenting stages of sales cycle
  • Initiate email sequences to client prospects
  • Effectively communicate with Sales Executives and Management
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to evaluate the overall opportunity
  • Coordinates sales efforts with Management
  • Promotes Employnet Workforce Solutions
  • Achieve maximum sales growth and account generation
  • Develop sales prospect list by working with Sales Executives and Management
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment
  • Knowledge of Labor Market and Staffing Trends
  • Responsible for administrative sales activity to generate new business
