
We're Hiring an Administrative Sales Coordinator
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Reach out to temps to collect missing timecards
- Process payroll on weekly (Online and VMS accounts)
- Manage sexual harassment compliance for California employees
- Bill background checks for all clients
- Ensure assignments are closed after final employee pay
- Track No-Bills on a weekly basis
- Ensure all temporary associates are 100% compliant in HR Center
- Provide weekly updates to recruiters regarding compliance
- Complete I-9 and E-verify for hired temporary associates
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Projects and tasks in support of Corporate and Recruiting Center
- Maintain integrity of CRM by documenting stages of sales cycle
- Initiate email sequences to client prospects
- Effectively communicate with Sales Executives and Management
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to evaluate the overall opportunity
- Coordinates sales efforts with Management
- Promotes Employnet Workforce Solutions
- Achieve maximum sales growth and account generation
- Develop sales prospect list by working with Sales Executives and Management
- Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment
- Knowledge of Labor Market and Staffing Trends
- Responsible for administrative sales activity to generate new business
